  1. What is included in the tour package?
  • Our tour packages typically include: Motorbike rental (if needed), fuel for the journey, accommodation fee, meals as specified in the itinerary, professional guide who speaks English, basic travel insurance and safety gear (helmet, knee pads, etc.)

  1. What kind of accommodations are included?
  • We partner with a variety of accommodations, from cozy homestays to comfortable hotels, depending on the tour and location. For premium tours, higher-end options are available. If you have specific preferences or needs, please let us know when booking.
  1. What happens in case of bad weather?
  • Safety is our top priority. In case of bad weather, we may:
  • Adjust the itinerary to avoid unsafe areas
  • Delay or reschedule the tour, depending on the severity of the weather
  • Provide alternative indoor activities or sightseeing options
  • We will keep you informed and ensure the best possible experience under the circumstances
  1. Where can I check the tour map and the rest stops?
  • Detailed tour maps and rest stop information will be provided after booking. You can also view route highlights and key stops on our website. We will ensure you are well-prepared for the journey, with clear directions and planned rest breaks along the way.
  1. What food and drinks are included in the tour?
  • Most tours include meals specified in the itinerary, featuring local Vietnamese dishes for an authentic experience. Beverages like water and tea are typically provided during meals. Alcoholic drinks and specialty beverages may be purchased separately.
  1. When is the best time to visit Vietnam for a motorbike tour?
  • Vietnam’s diverse geography means the best time to visit can vary depending on the region:
  • North (Ha Giang, Sapa, Hanoi): The ideal time is from October to April. The weather is cooler and dry, especially during the winter months
  • Central Vietnam (Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue): The best time is from February to May when the weather is warm and dry. Avoid the rainy season (September–November)
  • South (Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Phu Quoc): The best time to visit is during the dry season from December to April, as the weather is sunny and perfect for motorbiking.
  • Overall, the spring (February to April) and autumn (September to November) are generally the most favorable for motorbike tours across the country.

Payment

  1. How can I pay?
  • You can pay by filling in the booking form on our website or contacting us directly.
  1. What is the cancellation/refund policy?
  • Cancellations made 15 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days prior will receive a 50% refund
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour
  • Refunds for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  1. Are there any additional charges not included in the tour price?
  • While our tour packages cover most of your travel needs, there may be additional charges for:
  • Extra meals: Meals not included in the itinerary
  • Personal expenses: Such as souvenirs, drinks outside of provided meals, or activities not listed in the tour
  • Upgrades: For premium accommodations or additional services (e.g., private guides, luxury bikes)
  • Gratuities: Tips for the guide and support team are appreciated but not mandatory
  • You will be informed of any optional or additional charges before finalizing your booking.

Personal Inquiries

  1. Do I need a motorbike license?
  • Yes, having a valid motorbike license is recommended for safety and compliance with local laws. An international driving permit (IDP) is required for foreigners if you plan to ride the motorbike yourself. For those without a license, we can provide a guide or driver for tandem riding.
  1. Can I bring my own motorbike?
  • Absolutely! If you prefer to use your own motorbike, you are welcome to join the tour. Please ensure your bike is in good condition for the journey. Note that the tour price may be adjusted if you do not require a rental bike.
  1. What should I pack, and how much luggage can I bring?
  • We recommend packing light as space on motorbikes is limited. Small backpacks are ideal for daily essentials. Larger luggage can be stored securely at our facility or transferred to the next accommodation as needed.
  • Essentials to Pack: Comfortable clothing for riding, Raincoat or waterproof gear, sunscreen/sunglasses/hat, Personal toiletries, Power bank and phone charger
  1. What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
  • Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your meals are safe and enjoyable.
  1. Are there specific items I should bring along?
  • We recommend bringing the following items for a safe and comfortable trip: Valid ID/passport, copy of your travel insurance policy, motorbike license (if riding), necessary medications, snacks for energy during long rides and a reusable water bottle.
